At Project ACT, Instant Recess is one of our favorite simple ways to get a group moving. It works with kids and adults, comes with music built in, and is self-explanatory.
Instant Recess is a series of evidence-based, low-impact workouts developed by Dr. Toni Yancey of UCLA, former WNBA player. They are 10-12 minute instructional videos (about a dozen are on YouTube, more than 50 are available on DVD).
