20-20-20 Rule for Less Digital Eye Strain

We are all staring at screens far too much. Here’s a simple method, recommended by vision specialists, for reducing eyestrain:

The 20-20-20 rule

  • Every 20 minutes
  • Look away from the screen for 20 seconds
  • At something 20 feet away

You can also take a few other steps to reduce eyestrain, like
